The Research Centre for Psychology, Education and Emotional Intelligence
Improving physical and mental wellbeing to enable individuals and communities to thrive

Our Mission
PEEI is based in the School of Humanities on the Blanchardstown Campus of TU Dublin.
Our primary aim is to conduct robust research that advances theory and practice in the fields of psychology, education and emotional intelligence.
We are particularly interested in research that focuses on improving physical and mental wellbeing to enable individuals and communities to thrive.
We partner with organisations, big and small, which support vulnerable and dependant individuals and work with them to build an evidence base to support the vital work that they do.
We work with students and educators to create supports and conduct research to promote teaching and learning.
We develop strategies to promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles as a means of improving mental and physical health.
